Complaints, Appeals & Post-Publication Discussion

AMMR welcomes scholarly debate and takes complaints seriously. All concerns are handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially in line with COPE guidance.

Appeals against Editorial Decisions

Authors who believe a decision was based on a misunderstanding may appeal by writing to the editorial office with a point-by-point response. The Editor-in-Chief may consult an additional reviewer; the Editor-in-Chief's decision is final.

Post-Publication Discussion

Readers may submit substantiated comments, questions, or critiques of any published article to the editorial office. Legitimate concerns are shared with the authors, who are given the opportunity to respond, and may lead to a correction or retraction where warranted.

Complaints about the journal, its staff, editorial process, or publication ethics should be addressed to team@punakawanpustaka.org and will be acknowledged and investigated.
